Hiei

Hiei is a fire apparition. On his forehead is the Jagan eye. He got this eye to watch his sister, Yukina, however he refuses to tell her that they're siblings. Hiei has exellent agility and relies on his sword in battle. His ultramate attack is the Dragon of the Darkness Flame. Though this attack leaves him quite weak after used.
